Texas A&M University is one of the six American military colleges. It is located in College Station, Texas. The school was founded, October 4. 1876, and was the first higher education institution in Texas. The university has one the greatest college sports atmospheres in the country. The university lays between three of the states biggest cities including the capital, has the great fortune of projects funded by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, and the Office of Naval Research.
